NCAC Student Travel Awards & Travel Grants

To promote the acoustical consulting profession, NCAC offers qualified students financial assistants to attend industry conferences. There are two grants available:

NCAC Student Travel Award

For in-person conferences: award includes a $500 grant, 2 nights hotel reimbursement (at conference group rate or less), one-year subscription to electronic NCAC newsletter, and recognition as a travel award recipient.

For virtual conferences: award amount equals student registration reimbursement, one-year subscription to electronic NCAC newsletter, and recognition as a travel award recipient.

  • October 15, 2024 for ASA 187th Meeting, Virtual, November 18-22, 2024. Since this is a virtual meeting, award amount equals student registration rate, one-year subscription to electronic NCAC newsletter, and recognition as a travel award recipient. No hotel reimbursement will be offered.
